Hello, this is John Janus with Telluride Realty and investment. I came to Telluride to ski in the winter and stayed for the summer. That was 30 years ago. Not a particularly unusual scenario. Here in Telluride, many of the second homeowners really appreciate the high quality of life and the world-class skiing that’s available.
